Ordering & Group Pricing

  • Do you offer group or bulk pricing?

    Yes. Orders of 6 or more pieces qualify for group pricing. Contact us before placing your order at info@pwvests.com or call 913-890-3009 and we'll apply group pricing to your invoice.

  • Can our club mix colors, sizes, and styles in one group order?

    Absolutely — that's how most club orders work. You can mix colors, men's and women's cuts, and even different product categories in a single order. Just list out your breakdown when you contact us.

  • What information do you need for a group order?

    Product type, colors, size breakdown (e.g. 2×S, 4×M, 3×L), quantity, and your timeline. Use the contact form on our Contact page — it has all the fields built in.

  • How do I place an individual order?

    Browse the product categories, choose your color and size, and add to cart. Checkout accepts all major credit cards.

Products & Sizing

  • What materials are your products made from?

    Our leather products use genuine cowhide and lambskin — no faux or bonded leather. Textile vests use Cordura, mesh, and canvas depending on the style. Material details are listed on each product page.

  • What sizes do you carry?

    Small through 5XL across most styles. Men's and women's cuts are available for vests and several jacket styles. Check the individual product listing for the exact size range.

  • Are your products made to order?

    Yes — most items are made to order. This is why lead time is 5–7 business days before shipment. It also means sizing is precise and quality is consistent.

  • Can I get a vest with a back panel ready for patches?

    Yes. Our leather vests are designed with a full back panel suitable for club patches, name rockers, and chapter bottom rockers. Panel dimensions are listed on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping availability — please contact us at info@pwvests.com for your specific country.

  • How do I track my order?

    You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also use our Order Tracking page — enter your Order ID and billing email.

Returns & Support

  • What is your return policy?

    Because our products are made to order, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

    Contact us as soon as possible at info@pwvests.com. If production hasn't started we can modify or cancel. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
